Terms governing use of resourcecanvascore.digital and engagements with Resource Canvas Core.
Effective date: 1 August 2026
1. Acceptance
By using https://resourcecanvascore.digital (the “Site”) or engaging Resource Canvas Core for assessments, pulse reviews, workshops, or related professional services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or commission Services.
2. Who we are

3. Informational website
Content on the Site — including fee ranges — is general information only. It does not form a binding offer. Formal scope, fees, and timelines are set out in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties. The Site does not process payments or run checkout.
4. Professional Services
Assessments and related Services are professional advisory engagements. Deliverables are described in the agreed statement of work. We do not provide licensed engineering sign-off, electrical certification, or statutory audit opinions unless expressly stated in writing and performed by an appropriately licensed third party.
5. Client responsibilities
You must provide safe site access, accurate records reasonably within your control, and timely feedback on draft factual matters. Delays in access or documents may shift delivery dates and fees as set out in the statement of work.
6. Intellectual property
Site design, text, and our reusable methods remain our intellectual property. Findings packs prepared for you may be used internally for your operations and governance. You may not resell our packs or republish them as marketing claims of guaranteed savings without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of your raw data and confidential site information.
7. Confidentiality
Each party must protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, we exclude liability for consequential loss, lost profits, or lost opportunity arising from Site use or Services. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees.
9. Website availability
We aim for reliable Site availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Forms on the Site may use demonstration endpoints for message handling; for urgent matters, email or telephone the office.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Brisbane, Queensland, have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
