We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to our practice.
Information we collect
- Contact & enquiry data: name, email, phone if provided, organisation, site counts, and message content submitted via forms or email.
- Engagement data: site contacts, access arrangements, and records you supply for an assessment.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed via essential logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated usage statistics.
- Billing data: invoice contacts and payment references when you commission Services (processed via our accounting provider, not via an online checkout on this Site).
We do not seek sensitive information through the website form. Please do not submit health details, government identifiers, or passwords.

- Respond to enquiries and prepare proposals
- Deliver assessments, pulse reviews, and workshops
- Invoice and keep engagement records
- Improve Site content when analytics cookies are accepted
- Meet legal and insurance obligations
Legal bases / justification
We process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract for Services, to meet legal duties, or with your consent (for optional analytics cookies).
Retention
- Enquiry messages: up to 24 months if no engagement follows
- Engagement files and findings drafts: 7 years after engagement close (tax and professional record practice)
- Billing records: 7 years
- Analytics data: per cookie durations described in our Cookie notice
Sharing
We share personal information only with:
- Hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions
- Accounting and insurance advisers as needed
- Subcontract meter readers or specialists you approve for a named engagement
We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some hosting or email subprocessors may store data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, such as contractual clauses with those providers.
Your rights
Subject to Australian law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for optional analytics. Email hello@resourcecanvascore.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Security
We use access controls on engagement files, TLS on the Site where supported by the host, and staff confidentiality undertakings. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
The Site and Services are directed at adult business contacts. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
