Fees

Fees & estimate factors

Pricing follows scope: how many sites, how complete the records are, and how many on-site days the assessment needs.

Resource consumption analytics engagements are quoted individually. The ranges below are starting points for Queensland work with reasonable document readiness. They are informational only — no checkout or payment runs through this site.

Estimate factors we always ask about

  1. Boundary — one building vs a campus; which resource types matter (electricity, gas, diesel, water, packaging, process chemicals).
  2. Records — 12 months of invoices, half-hour meter exports, or only quarterly summaries.
  3. Access — escort rules, shutdown windows, and whether plant rooms are reachable in daylight hours.
  4. Travel — Brisbane metro and SEQ are in the base bands; regional Queensland and interstate days are itemised.
  5. Decision deadline — compressed calendars may require parallel assessors and a higher fee.

Deposits & invoicing

A 40% booking deposit secures the assessment window. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final findings pack (or on the workshop date). Payment terms are 14 days unless a purchase-order cycle requires otherwise. See Refunds & cancellations for how deposits are treated when plans change.
